Dulcinea at Greenbelt 1

here’s a scene at Dulcinea in Greenbelt 1. this happened while i was having a meeting with a client. the waiter was cleaning the table in front of us, coz the customers in that table already left. suddenly, we were disrupted by the shout, as in “sigaw”, by the manager: “psst hoy, wag mo itapon yan. halika nga dito.” the waiter, holding the paper placemats which he already crumpled, walked towards the manager. then the manager said, aloud, more than enough for three tables to hear her, “hindi tinatapon yan, anong ginagawa mo”, then the waiter replied “e mam kasi madumi na po e kaya itatapon ko na sana”. then the manager repeated “hindi tinatapon yan! akin na nga yan!” and grabbed the crumpled paper placemats from the waiter, and tried to straighten it out…..

hmmmm….. i guess the manager could have been more discrete in terms of cleanliness… and also unprofessional to scold an employee in front of the customers…

i guess i don’t want to dine again at Dulcinea in Greenbelt, who knows they might have been recycling the choco dip leftovers hahaha….

supervisor at giligan’s

my daughter just had her 18th birthday at giligan’s trinoma. my, we weren’t expecting too much guests, but then they kept pouring in. and when i was asking for extra tables, coz some of the visitors were already left standing, the supervisor didn’t want to give us extra tables!!! what the… my visitors in the end totalled to 70 persons, don’t you think i deserve extra tables???? i paid anyway…. and i almost paid in dollars….
